Good food and good food habits



Good food is very important for health. 

Inadequacy in food and eating habits will not only destroy health but also cause disease. Systemic eating habits and exercise will keep you healthy and keep away from diseases.

Vegetables: Make vegetable part of the food. This is an important way of giving health.

Fruits and fruits:
The diet should include vegetables and fruits in different colors.
